4 Installation

The cplusDBAction framework uses the OS independent QT framework from Nokia (former Trolltech ASA from Norway), therefore it can be installed on all platforms supported by the QT framework. Currently, these are:

Þ    Windows (starting with Windows XP)

Þ    Unix and Linux Distributions

Þ    Mac OS

This document describes the installation only on Windows and Linux platforms.
